04 KFX 400 wont start

04 KFX 400 wont start
I have a kfx 400 that wont start to save my life. Im getting fuel, spark, and air. The stealership said my compression is 35 and should be 150ish. i took the top end a part and my piston and rings and cylinder wall look perfect.... what else could it be??? Thanks for any help
