When i an shifting from N to 2ND the gears grind a little but they do not grind shifting from 1ST to 2Nd or shifting up into any other gear or shifting down to any other gear also what are ajustments for the idle screw how many turns do you turn it in from when the screw just touches the throttle

 

yea i think they all do that. ive had 2 of them and both have done it. just there is a screw on the right side of the carb you can just reach down and turn it with your fingers until it is set where you want it
