Anyone know how a stock(or slightly modded) Lakota will hold up to a stock Wolverine? I have never had the pleasure of riding with a Wolv. but I hear they run very well. Just curious if anyone out there had matched these two up. I'm sure the Lakota can keep up on the trails but I was wondering about in a straight line. Any feedback would be great!

I've never ridden a Lakota but I used to have a '96 Wolverine. The Wolverine didn't do too bad as far as acceleration so I'd think it would beat a Lakota. The Lakota weighs about 450lbs while the Wolverine is 485lbs. Since the Wolverine uses a 350 and only weighs 35 lbs more I think the Wolverine has the advantage.

girlatvr2,

The amount of drive wheels does not matter to me for this inquiry. I am just looking to know which one is faster is straight line acceleration. Sorry if I was not clear in my 1st post. Do you have any info. regarding this?
