Default mojave cam seized

I had to replace my piston rings, so I replaced the rings and when I put everything back together, I was letting the engine idle when it stalled out... I did hear a noise, that noise turned out to be the cam sprocket (intake cam) shearing off of the shaft, I replaced the cam and now when I set the timing for the intake cam, everything seizes up... but if the cams are not timed correctly everything moves as it should when it is timed correctly... any ideas cause I have no idea

Default mojave cam seized

i heard on friday that the cam has to be at tdc to pull.
generally, when folks don't answer a real question, its because they don't know.. it's not like "how do i tighten my chain" which can be found with a quick search
