Default 08 650 sra vs 10 650sra

I am a currently a Polaris 800 owner, but lookin at gettin a Brute. Is there any diff between an 08 and 2010 model. New one's listed at 7500.00. Found a new 08 for 5000.00. i'm lookin for a good trail machine that's not so heavy. My polaris has been good to me and I know I will give up some ride quality, but that's ok. I ride with a couple of guy's with 750's, but lookin for the carb. Old school I guess, but I feel that I can still work on it. Thank's in advance for your input.

Get a 08 650 SRA and save $2500. Only a few electronic items have changed for controlling engine brake and/or 4x4 engagement system. Other than that, it is basically a good old same 2002 Prairie that stands out in every single category among competitions. Just look at all the hardware that come with mere $5000, V-twin engine, selectable 4x4, Computer Controlled EBC, 1250 lbs towing capacity, 1000 lbs front winch capacity, SRA with a stout frame, etc. The 650 SRA is a one fast fun trail riding quad with lots more capacity than other more expensive quads out there.
