Anybody knoe the valve clearence on a 1999 bayou 220. Working on one that would not start and now that it is running valves are clacking real loud. This thing has had little to no maintenance done on it since it was new. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

 

I have a slightly earlier 220 bayou. I can post the vin if you need to work out the year, but I would like to know as well. Shame kawi doesn't print it in the manual.

 

Are you sure?
My manual page 3-4 shows the spec:
Intake: 0.15-0.20 mm
Exhaust: 0.18-0.23 mm
