If power is your thing I would just get a Can-Am as they blow them all away even the Can-Am 650 has more power than the Brute 750. If you want quality I would NOT look at neither! The only people who complain about power Steering are the ones who dont have it. Kinda like beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I should of said if power and Price is your thing get the brute. Can AMs are the most over priced ATV out there. Would not doubt if the 650 Cam AM cost $2500 plus more also without power steering.
Like Can Ams 40hp 500 twin Can Am gets the power in the higher rpm range it still loses in Bottom end torque when slow gunt riding.
There's no replacement for displacement when it comes to torque.

No argument there they are expensive but at least you do get some bang for the buck. Tho for my needs I want more than just HP I want the whole PKG!

Be sides HP what else does the Can Ams offer? They don,t even have diff lock ,just the slow responding Visco system. That works like this. YouTube - can-am vs. polaris locker

Snowmobiling in is my first sport,and a Can AM sled (Ski-doo) does not cost anymore than any other brand,but they sure think they have special ATVs according to there pricing.

In this 500 shootout the exspensive Can AM comes 3rd. http://www.world-of-atvs.com/4x4-atvs.html besides go fast it does everthing else worst.

Can-Am's very upper end atv's do offer air ride suspension and a built in air pump, not that it makes up for the price but it is something.

i have a hard time believing because brute is a twin that it has more low end, must be the tuning because engines of similar size the one with less cylinders will produce its torque and hp lower. torque overall should be close, but the extra cylinder really just means more hp (higher revs). id rather a single anyday, especially for maintenence

I think thats why Yamaha and Suzuki do not use tins in there Big Bore ATVs, they know the bottom end power is most important with slow trail riding which most common type of riding.

You will never see a twin cyclinder Pure Enduro motor bike for the same reason.

Never ridden a Grizz so I can't comment on it.

I did spend a day on a 2010 750 Brute and I posted this;
http://forums.atvconnection.com/kawa...rce-today.html

The power right off idle is impressive, it's right there right now and all you need.

I did like the little storage places on the fenders and the power was impressive. The instrumentation was nice and I really like having two trip-odometers. This one didn't have EPS and with the stock tires it seemed just fine. Nice racks too.

There's a few things I didn't care for. Lots of engine heat on the legs. I didn't like listening the trans or clutch or what ever it is whining all the time. It likes to push and lean in the corners and seems tippy on off camber but then I'm used to a SRA. I've been told that the Grizz is very tippy on off camber and pushes and leans even more than the Brute Force does. I really didn't care for the key location either.

Overall not a bad ATV IMO, possibly my 4th pick only because I don't know what #3 is.
