The Wyeth-Scott Co. Established 1906 This is a heavy duty winch for those who don't want the added weight on the quad itself. If you run a chain between the tie downs in the front of the box you will be splitting the strain in half rather than pulling on just one. They should be more than strong enough.

I've been there before, I can push my bike it's at minimum 600lbs running start always work, but then - again I way 304lbs, and Bench Press 575lbs. There are times that I may be too tired to do it myself sometime you have to count on your neighbor around the way, they will help it's the way of the offroaders. Hopefully knowone got hurt, and your bike is up rolling again, so that you can get back offroading. Good luck dude.

I kind of agree that I would not get a winch just for rare chance of having to load up a downed quad onto back of the truck. I'd rather spend time and moeny to keep my quad in a good running condition and use common sense while riding so I don't get into such situation. But I know things happen...
