98 300 bayou jumped time

While riding this weekend my timing chain tensioner backed out allowing it to jump time. How do I set the time? Thanks in advance.

It would be a good idea for you to buy a manual because the timing procedure is kind of complacted ,and it may have damaged your motor , you will need to find this out before retiming it anyway.
