Default 05 Brute 750 Low Range Power Problem

I have an 05 750 Brute that started giving me some problems last year. There is a loss of power ( as if it is running on one cylinder ) at lower speeds but once it reaches a higher speed ( 15-20 mph ) it clears out and runs like its supposed to. When it started doing this I put it in the shop and had some work done ( re-jetted, snorkle, carbs cleaned, plugs changed, fuel tank drained ) to it that i thought would cure the problem but it is still there. Today I placed a fuel filter on it and drained the bowls but it is still hesitant at the lower speeds. Sometimes it is bogged down until you reach 35 mph, but other times it may clear out at 10 mph, and then it cleans out and immedietly runs hard. You better be holding on when it decides to go. When it is bogging down the motor sounds like it has a quiver in it, almost like its missing. Plugs are clean with no black smoke from exhaust. I am thinking a vacuum problem but not sure...... Any information would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!!

spray carb cleaner around carb intake boots, if motor speeds up or smoothes out, one of them is cracked, sucking air.

Default Belt light

Hey have you checked to see if the belt light is on. Supposedly the belt light will come on about every 100 hrs. When it is on it will cause the engine to run sluggish. Reset the belt light and that should fix the issue.

One of my Brute's had the same problem. It was the choke stuck. I have had several problems with this. Just make sure your choke is not stuck. It is a fairly easy fix.
