Brute Force 750 burning/losing oil???
Anybody having any trouble with their Brute burning or losing a little oil? I have a 2005 model that gets low on oil after about 4-5 hrs of riding. I had another 2005 model a few years ago that did the same thing. It never smokes but seems to drip a little from the tube under the engine by your left foot. I guess this is some type of breather tube. But doesn't seem to drip enough to be low??? I have had several brutes the past few years and the 2005 models are the only ones that did this. Anybody else experiencing this? It only has 108 hrs on it?????
Thanks!
Thanks!

Got the same issue with the oil out the what you call "Breather", i thought it was a overflow. Turns out we are both wrong it is the weep hole for the water pump and also a hole for oil to leak out of if some seal goes bad.
Hayashi, told me the same thing about the mechanical seal.
Looked up how to repair it in the manual, and it looks like it might just leak a couple of drops of oil for awhile. Mine only drips a few drops in a week or so. So I am not to worried yet.
Mine is a 2005 too, must have used bad seals in our year. Mine only has 465 miles!
Mine has not lost enough yet to show up on the dipstick, i will see what it does in a couple of weeks when it gets put to the test on the trails for three days. Guess I better bring a couple of quarts to be sure.
Good luck with it, if you get that seal fixed let me know what it costs or how much of a pain it is to do.
