Hi everybody. I have a 95' Kawasaki Bayou 400 4x4. Recently though I noticed that when going down hills every once a while the quad will free spin, absolutly no engine braking. Then other times the engine will hold it back just fine. Sometimes it will also start to freewheel and then grab and the engine will brake it. Any ideas?

 

Also sometimes when I shut the engine off I get a whirring noise that winds down with a clunk......has anybody ever heard of anything like this happening??
