Default Is your 750 brute force burning oil?

I have an 06 brute force 750 that was burning oil and backfiring and popping and decel. After I spun a rod bearing and smoked the crank I finally found out why this was happening. A valve seal lifted off the cylinder head on an intake valve of the front cylinder. Oil was getting pulled down the valve and into the cylinder. The burning oil left a whole lot of carbon build up on the valves, causing the backfiring and popping. Just figured I would share my story so any of you with a brute force that is burning oil can fix the small problem with the valve seal before you wipe out a crank.
