Bayou 250 acceleration

Bayou 250 acceleration
I have a 04 bayou 250. Just got done rebuilding the carb. Idles fines and runs good, but when I give it throttle very quickly it dies, if you throttle it moderately it accelerates fine. Any suggestions?
