I had the same problem with ITP rims/tires on another quad (KFX700). They are out of either balance or round. See if tire shop balancing would help.

Default Tire Problems

You may need to change your Toe-in. I think you need to go to zero toe-in. I had a similar problem and found this suggestion on some of the older Brute Force forums. I had my dealer adjust for zero toe-in. It pretty much eliminated the shaking for me.

Spec is zero toe-in but he says the problem disappears when factory wheels are put on...

turns out its one of the sedona tires they put a set of itp mudlite xtr and the issue went away they are ordering a new set of sedona to see if it still happens but i did put a 4 ft level up the side of both front tires and one side was pretty much straight up and down the left side i had to tip the level almost 1 inch to achieve level .how do they adjust for toe in ?

Was at the local kawie dealer yesterday looking at them and he said the HP is between 62-65HP, but the torque has increased even more. Can't wait to get one!!! He also said that an aftermarket exhaust, high performance computer module and a couple of other simple add-ons will just the HP to over 80 easily. WOW!!!

For anyone still wondering, the Kawasaki uses a small lever near the left hand brake lever to progressively lock in the front differential. The more you pull the lever in the more it is locked, all the way up to full lock. Hope this helps anyone still pondering the system.

Don't believe EVERYTHING that dealer person tells you especially the HP figures. You really think the 2012 same size 750 cc magically makes 10+ more HP more than the previous 750? And what simple add-ons will add 20+ hp? Yes, the 2012 got more bottom end and mid-range punch to it due to fatter and flatter torque band, but your local dealer is feeding you some BS.
