I have a 2010 750 efi brute with 36 hrs and 360 miles on it and i am hearing a clicking noise as the engine starts, i was thinking its starter related? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

 

Is it actually starting or is it only clicking when you push the button, i have an 05 prairie and it clicks and the clicking is only the starter relay but i mean it still starts and functions normal. If yours isnt starting i would probably just check your connections and make sure they are tight as new as your machine is that is probably the problem

 

The engine still starts, it makes a click click sound after the motor starts and it just started to do this on last saturday. I have heard of starter issues with 750 brutes.

 

Is the click sound just one time thing before the starting or is it continuous for a while even after engine starts up?
What is the battery voltage BEFORE you press the START button?
I have a BF750 and worked on several others but never noticed any starter issues.
