Would anyone be able to help i need a new engine case for a 2003 650 kvf i have found one from a 650 brute force 2005 would they be compatible i have asked 2 people and have had conflicting answers many thanks

 

No, they have two different P/N crankcases.
The 2003 P/N is 140011294.
The 2005 P/N is 140010044.
I don't know the exact physical difference though. But it might be substantial since Kawi is not using the same one and they must have a good reason.

 

thank you very much for your help would you know where i could find a replacement preferably second hand the quad is tidy but the engine case is severely damaged and new ones cost more than what the machine is worth
