Dirt wheels April Lakota shootout ?????

Hondakiddy15- is the 15 your age or IQ? Go back to your honda forum with the 73 mph 400 ex's. I see you have a 300 ex. A couple of months back ATV sport did some reports on sportquads and your ride did not fair to well. I belive they listed your top speed at 45.6 mph, better watch out for that 250 ex sneaking up on you.

Although I don't agree with the biased article on the shootout, I can't blame dirt wheels for their obvious bashing of the Lakota. Honda is a major advertiser in their magazine. In this particular issue they had three full pages of ads, kawasaki had none. It would be foolish business to say your advertisers products were inferrior to their competitors. If they had been favorable of the Lakota you can bet they would have had a lot of explaining to do when they asked Honda how many pages of ads they wanted to buy in next months issue. I have a 2000 Lakota and feel it has no shortcomings at all. Obviously more power and speed than the 250. No sense comparing apples to oranges, they may appeal to the same customer base, but are not the same in performance.

Hondakid,
First off, I'm not bashing anyone or anything, I'm stating my opinion. I'm sorry your angry at that. I currently ride a Wolverine, my one son has the Lakota, my other son has a Warrior. I used to own a Honda and liked it alot. There are Good & Bad with every Quad and every Company.

Hondakid15,
I have to say something else. When a Quad is purchased or purchased for someone else, you are buying what you feel is best for you at that time. Do you remember that feeling of coming home with your Quad? Having your friends come to see it? The last thing you want is someone "dissing" your Quad. Different is what makes this world.
Imagine how boring it would be if we only had ONE quad to choose from. ATV's RULE..Enjoy the sport!
