Default History of Brute Force

Hi there,

Looking to get a used BF (can't afford new). I know they started out carbed, then went to efi.

Would someone be able to list out what years they made changes?

Any recommendations on what year to get? Thx in advance.

2008 they went EFI, everything has been the same until 2012 (I think), when they got a make over and also got the 650i heads.

Nothing wrong with that, I can afford new but just can,t bring myself to be the guinea pig that takes that big first hit getting it off the show room floor. To many mint condition used ones out there that look and run like new and sell for thounsands less.

Even goes for trucks, I just bought a loaded 2010 Chevy Silverado truck with only 17,000 miles on it for $30,000 Canadian and the guy I bought off of payed $50,000.
New bare bone plain Jane 4x4 trucks sell for $30,000 here.

Brute Force 750 History.

2005-07 Carbed
2008-11 EFI, 1st Gen.
2012- EFI, 2nd Gen. Lots of change, engine wise - same cc but more punch in the low/mid range. Electric power steering is an option.
