V-Force w new top end, what kind of break-in

V-Force w new top end, what kind of break-in
Just had the top end done on my KFX 700 and will be picking it up this week. What kind of break in should I plan on doing to get the best results. I am thinking about 200 miles with varied throttle and not going over half throttle. Also, how soon should I change the oil and filter?
