How to wire LED motorcycle turn signals?

How to wire LED motorcycle turn signals?
Hello everybody,
I just bought a new set of signal lights and they are LED's. They have three wires Red, Black, and Black w/ white stripe. I had one working earlier and I switched one of them back to the incandescent and now none of the LED's will work. Can anyone tell me which wire is hot, neutral, etc? Do I need the third wire for the LED's?
