Hi, I am new to the ATV world (looking to buy my first one) and came across this: ATV for sale Kawasaki
I was looking for some feedback on whether or not you think it's a good deal (from the ad, I do know that once you actually look at it things can change). Any info or feedback would help.

High Retail Price is $3520 and Low Retail Price is $2675. Since this is a private Owner sale you can knock of about 10 to 20% off that price. If it runs with no problems, and has all maintenance records, I would not go over $3200. If it has been sitting for over 3 months, you can almost guarantee that it will need a complete service done, if you dont do it yourself, it could run upto $200. You can get a brand new plow for $200 to $600 depending on the brand name you get. To get a good deal, without really lowballing the guy if it starts easy, with no paperwork. I would offer $3000. if anything is wrong with it, i would go down it price from there.
