Could be flooded, or a fouled plug from either gas or oil on top of the piston. I would pull the plug, clean it good. Then with the plug out, crank the engine. Be careful as it may shoot oil or gas out so watch your eyes. Might want to cover the plug hole with a rag. Once you have turned it over a few revolutions, I would put the cleaned plug back in and give it another shot at starting. Also, make sure for some reason you dont have the kill switch on. Good luck!
