You said everythings new? plz list items new..Also did you check 12 volts going reg/recf? check the groung also going the reg/recf. I dont think netural lite blinking shouldnt effect charging system IMO.

The yellow stator wires should ohm out close to each other(wire to wire) on the meter, plus no yellow should short to ground or you could have a stator problem.

ohm wires from stator wire to wire,,0 resistance.....wires not grounded to engine.I have been asking on 3 or 4 forums about the reg/rec and wires to stator getting real hot.people said its normal.
well the plug on stator is melted.the plug on reg/rec was same way when I replaced it.checked stator wires while running 1-3 volts long ways from 60 volts.

I bought this money pit for$250 5 months ago.I have spent 830.00 on it and still having problems....think I will push it off a cliff

stator not grounded to chassie...alternator putting out 9 - 10 volts at idle and 39-41 at higher rpm.

Are you testing ac or dc volts at stator? ac volts should round 40 to 60 are more....Dc isnt there .regulator makes it dc volts..I was just curiuos if you was reading ac on meter.
