yeah sorta on the low side. is stator an new one or an remanufactured one?

brand new,made in usa.rotor magnet is strong,was a strong pull when I was pullin side case off to replace stator.

If the stator,flywheel,reg/rectifier, and battery are new,just retrace your steps on the wiring and connections. A simple bad or loose ground wire, a loose battery connection,etc can stop charging..
