majove or 300ex
#3
If you do a search on this topic you will find it has been covered many times. The Mojave is very easy to wheelie and has more top end power than the Honda. For the money go with a Mojave. I did, '01 Mojave. The 300ex is not worth the extra $800.

Mojave 300EX
Top speed 54.2 45.42
The mojave is 1" longer
The 300EX is 1.6" wider (a couple of cheap spacers will fix that)
If you realy want electric start you can buy a kit from goki for the Mojave for around $400.00, this should also fix the headlight problem. You will also retain your kick start, I don't believe honda has a backup.
