Default 1998 bayou 300 4x4 valve clearance?

I trying to adjust my bayou's valves but I can't seem to find the right clearance
I found 0.03 to 0.05 intake 0.06 to 0.08 exhaust
0.10 to 0.15 intake 0.15 to 0.20 exhaust
And 0.59 to 0.79 to 0.71 to 0.91
I have no idea on the one to go with

intake, 0.10 to 0.15 mm; exhaust, 0.15 to 0.20 mm. (In millimetres )

Instructions
How To Set Kawasaki Bayou 300 Valves | Made Manual

Converted to inches.
.10mm = .003937 inch
.15mm = .005905 inch

mm times (x) .03937 = inches

Time for a compression test. You need at least about 90 psi and a good spark.

My own Bayou 300, an 87, was so dusted that it needed a new piston.
The photo shows the intake valve after cleaning and lapping. Hard to
see, but the seat has been worn way into the head. Not quite enough
to keep me from setting the valve lash to spec, however.

You cleaned carb plenty. Did you happen to check the float level measurement and do the clear tube verification for actual level? I don't know if that's the cause, but might be?

Another thing I've come across - the petcock and tank on my daughters xr70 were gummed up with black tar like crud from the bike sitting on dealer showroom floor for a few years before I bought it. It was new. Was causing my carb to plug up all the time and I kept cleaning carb, then discovered the tank deal.

When you say it won't crank, I assume you mean it won't start.

I found the vin number and looked it up
It says I have a 92 instead of a 98 like I was told when I bought the atv
Are the valve clearance still the same?

many times I've seen the valve specs on the bottom of the seat, sticker, or on the frame.
