kef(lakota)300 hard shifting

Default kef(lakota)300 hard shifting
ok i re did my entire bottom end on my quad and now i have to rev it really high(in 3rd and forth gear) in order to shift it what do i have to adjust to fix it???it didn't do this before the rebuild

two out of the four blots for the clutch basket snapped would that have anything to do with it?

I think two snapped bolts would be not good.
Are they still inside rattling around somewhere?
