Wink Help with Bayou 250. Hit tree now pulling left

So my son got a beautiful 250 with less than 20 hours for Christmas. Today while riding a trail he hit a tree doing about 15 mph. Nothing looked bad at first, but the right front wheel is NOTICEABLY toed in and it is pulling left. Looking closer, the plastic and the front rack is tweaked. There are no stress areas in the plastic showing. I adjusted the toe and it is close, but it isn't right. Still wants to pull. Can't see any obvious bends to the frame but the front bumper appears pushed in a tad. He hit the tree just to the right of the right headlight. Any idea what I could be dealing with? Is there a subframe in the front that could be bent? Think it could be made right again? Hope so, this is a super nice little quad. Thanks and sorry for the long post...

Usually you can narrow it down to three major areas.Even if you adjusted the tie rods to compensate for the toe in,the tie rod itself could be bent causing the problem, the a-arm may have been tweaked a little,or even a sightly bent wheel spindle can throw things out of whack. I had plenty of ones like this when trees jumped out in front of kids and their atvs.

Thanks OPT. So you would not be too concerned about the frame? I have been told by everyone that these quads were tanks, and honestly, I saw him hit it and it did not even throw him off of it. A little shot yes, but I have seen quads with the whole front bumper mashed in that still rode true. I will pull the wheels and check all the parts you suggested and get back to you. I would say the easiest way to check is pull both left and right and compare? Thanks

Also, the local Kawasaki shop wants 1.5 hours labor to diagnose it. Does that sound right?

Bent steering knuckle and A Arm. Bought a good frame and fixed it. Thanks
