Default HELP MEE!!! KFX400. No spark at the plug.

I have taken it to my personal mechanic and a shop as well and neither could find the problem. The problems started when I was riding and it died on me (It was blowing fuses at the solenoid) The solenoid is still good and the stator is a brand new one from Ricky Stator. It also has a new CDI box, voltage regulator and coil. The only electronics on it that aren't new are the wiring harness and the starter button. The shop I took it to said it was the wiring harness. I have NO idea where to even begin with it!! ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!! The grounds are fine and the battery is also brand new. WHAT DO I DO!?!? PLEASE HELP ME! I wanna ride!

New, NGK plug, and the power runs through the circuit just fine. (Battery>CDI>Stator>Regulator>Coil) Same power through the whole system. I set the meter on voltage DC and it read between .06 and .08 through the entire circuit.
