Default KFX 800 Jetting

OK, need some jetting help, running mostly in the 2000ft range. I just got done moding my KFX 700 to 800CCs with stage 3 cams. I also have the 12 hole air box mod, Loony Toons pipes, and a CDI box. Now I know I need to up my carbs to 36mm but right now I am stuck with the 32mm Carbs.

I have started with 42 Pilots and 195/192 mains, shimmed the needles with one washer and cut two coils off the spring, but it is running rich. I have the carb screws turned out 3 turns, but had to turn the idle screw up all the way to get it to run at idle. When I took the bike out for a test ride it shut off on me at idle when it got warmed up. I couldn't restart it and had to take the UNI air cleaner off to get it to start and still had to stay on the throttle to keep it running.

I am not sure where to go from here, I think I should maybe put the 40 pilot back in and see how it runs with the 195/192 mains......any suggestions??

Thanks vbals, if I remember right that is about a 235 jet, which I can order. Would too small mains cause the issue I am having maintaining idle?

make sure your pilot's jet's are totally clean..
