Bias and radial tires

Hello,
I own a 2006 Brute Force 750 (love it) and I'm looking to get new back tires.
Everything is stock except the ITP rims. Currently I have stock size Tusks (bias) on all 4 tires.
My rear tires are pretty worn while my fronts look brand new. I would like to purchase radial Big Horns for the rear tires (for the winter and then rotate to the old ones in the summer until they are completely worn out)
My question is can I run bias in the front and radial in the rear? I would like to get a taller tire to give some clearance in the snow. I'm thinking BigHorn 27 9x12 for the back....would this rub? Also, would this put pressure on the joints and cause problems? What's the largest size I can go in back and keep my ATV all stock?
Thanks for all the help!

You need to have all 4 tires be the same size since its 4x4. Putting bigger tires on the back while keeping stock size tires on the front is not recommended. I'm not sure what is the biggest size tires you can fit but I would guess 27" would work. But you would need to get 27" tires for the front and rear. There is so much variance in tires. sometimes 1" or more in tires that claim to be the same size. You'd be better off to get Bighorns for the front and rear just to be safe.
