I have a almost new 2007 kawasaki prairie 360 I bought it yesterday from a guy who never took it in the mud and hardly used it it only has 71 hrs on it and it looks almost perfect but it keeps backfiring when I rev it and it won't start unless I fully choke it then when I UN choke it it sputtered then stalls out I need help anyone know what I should do??

 

I've read in other forums that the exhaust valve needs to be adjusted. In the middle of doing it now. If it's not that I'm going to clean or order and new carburetor.

 

Get a carb cleaning. A 2007 with only 70 hours has been sitting for awhile and that corn gas you use in the states gums up rather quick.

Cleaning but at most a carb kit $20. I never seen a carb wear out, so I doubt you need a new one.
