Default 650 prairie 4wd issues

So I know this is beat to death but I'm at a roadblock....its stuck in 4wd and after some actuator mods kebc and 4wd the flashing light of death is gone and 4wd stays on solid and stays locked in 4wd. Iv narrowed down a bit so far...the actuators are good, the little collar inside the front diff is smooth and free and lock and unlocks the front by hand perfectly.the switch is narrowed out and working fine.front diff looks a little low on fluid but I can see the gears are clean and have oil over them.switch for 2wd and nothing happens stopped or moving...where do I go from here?

Thanks I'll check it....just to update...I added a couple bypass wire the the power and ground to make the actuator work when I want...this works fine....I have it in 2wd drive now and its good hit the switch and 4wd kicks in great as well...but it won't go back to 2wd...so I put power to the actuator and get it back to 2wd....this has me puzzled

Bought the sgroi kit and installed it...done deal no more issues...only thing I don't like is how easy the handle can be grabbed be mistake or hit by a branch or something
