Default Filler hole question
Can anyone tell me what this filler hole is for. I had never really paid any attention to it until today when a friend with the same ATV (1986 Bayou 300) called me and asked if I knew what it was for.

My quess it its for gear oil for the front of the rear dive shaft.

I just came across a manual online and it shows that the UK models had speedometers and that's where the cable is located. It appears to be just a plug, not a fill hole.
