The sky is the limit with those Kawie v twins, but my suggestion is put some $$ into better shocks. You will be able to go faster for longer.

Sounds like you've already got some decent mods. The KFX 700 is pretty fast completely stock, yours should be significantly faster than that. I just got my Brute Force and I can attest that the v-twin in it has noticeably more punch than the Grizzly 660 I had previously.

Go to kawieriders.com. There are many many mods you can do. The 12 hole mod, Twin Air Power Flow Filter System, rejet, then clutch mods.

Best performance will not be a jet kit....just use the larger Keihin main jets when you decide to do the mods....Join the Kawieriders.....tons of info on this...

Dynojet stage 1 might be a good choice. Also, perhaps cam shafts? As far as carb tuning, you can't beat a wideband O2 . I've put one on my 2001 Arctic Cat 500 after doing a 5 degree advance timing key mod and a Web racing cam. I used the Dynojet needle and spring, drilled the slide 1/8" and ended up using Keihin jets. Comparing reading spark plug chops to using a wideband to tune is like comparing flapping your arms to flying a F15. If you do a 5 degree advance key, you have to run premium gas, gave me a nice boost with the cam. Check out Web racing cams.

I am now. I do definitely see the appeal of their v-twins over Yamaha's single for sure. First Kawasaki for me.
