I am wanting to get a new quad and i want a sport quad so I think i'm going to go with a mojave.I'm going to trade my Lakota sport in on it. The lakota sport is not all that sporty.Can anyone tell me how it performs.Is it a lot faster than the lakota.How much does it weight.Is the trans slicker on the mojave. Thanks for any help.

 

yeh, I have a new 2001 Mojave. I like it a lot. I was just wondering how old you are? I am 13, and it fits me just rite. it has a lot of power. If your in college, I dont think you want this, it might be to small.

 

I'm only 15 and i plan to put a WhiteBrother's pipe on it. I love doing wheelies and jumping so it sounds pretty good to me.

 

yeh, they are really fun. My brother is 15, he is 5'10'', and he has a lot of fun on it. we still have snow, so I havent jummped it yet. It does awsome whellies. Have Fun on it. I Think that you should get this machine. It fit my brother fine.

 

I'm 39 I think? Yea, I did the math I'm right! I'm about 5'7" 165. The Mojave is a nice package. It rolls mighty fine if ya ask me. My sons 01 300EX beats me on the straight away but I did not buy it to take it to the 1/4 mile drag strip. It is sweet when were running in the woods and we have to backup it take me a second to bail while he takes forever and I'm gone by the time gets done. I picked up a used 98 Mojave for 2k, it came with almost new spyder tires on the back and bobos up frt.(replaced them w/ Razrs), Cobra exhaust and a spare set of alum. rims and 6 months of extended warranty left on it. My nephew bought his wife a Lakota and it's not too bad I like the electric start w/ the backup, the easy reverse, and the brake light comes in handy when were playing follow the leader at high speed in the woods.
