Am I the only one who replaces these?

Had story that could have turned out really bad a few years ago. Got some minor work done to the front cv shafts of my Scrambler 500 I had back then. Went out to ride it after that and noticed a bad vibration in the front, thought I had a flat. I pulled over and noticed all the lugnuts were so loose that I could turn them with my bare hands. I had a few hand tools with me and tightened them the best I could with a pair of locking pliers and drove it slowly back to the truck. If I had went another 1/2 mile, the front left wheel probably would have fell off.

That could have gotten interesting fast. If I hear something out of the normal, I stop and see if I can figure it out. Mostly sticks caught underneath. Last year it was a chattering sound when I was a good 20 miles from my truck. Figured it was something to do with the CVT. Yep, belt. After 2000 miles of New England trails and plowing snow a couple teeth ripped off the belt. Was able to get it back and in the truck.

My chrome one has come in.

And then I noticed another dented one. I'll put one on order when I pick my new one up.

I am going to check eBay first

If you are damaging them on rocks you might want to order some of these.....could save you a few bucks in the long run.
