As far as I cam make out, the 360 doesn't have a clutch as such. The belt is tightened by the pulley sheaves coming together. On idle, the front pulley sheaves are wide apart and the belt slips. As revs rise, the sheaves are forced together by a centrifugal mechanism, grip the belt, and you drive away. As revs rise further, the belt gets tight enough to pull the rear pulley sheaves apart (they are held together by a spring), changing the gear ratio, so no need for a gearbox either. If you don't feel confident to strip and clean the pulley mechanism, and fit a new belt, take it to a dealer.
