Hello guys my name is Val and im newbie with ATV's.. i have a kfx400 and i don't know how to read the oil stick (i don't know how it's called). At this point there are no oil marks on the stick when the atv is cooled but there are oil marks when the atv is warmed up.. someone help please

 

On most engines you unscrew the dipstick, wipe it off, insert but dont screw in, pull it back out and the oil level should be in the crosshatch area.
