I recently took my mojave to get new brakes on it and when i got it back from the shop I took it for a ride. The front brakes worked fine but the back brakes slowely faded away it seemed like until they didn't work no more. Does anybody know what this could be?

sounds to me like a fluid leak or air in the line.
Look for leaks and if there's none go ahead and bleed the system.

There is no leak in the line...so to bleed them i just take the end of the brake line off and pump the pedal till fluid comes out?
