Default 2005 Kawasaki 750 brute force 4x4

I have a 2005 Kawasaki 750 brute force 4x4 with a new clutch kit, new belt, and a squeal when placed in gear. itll stop once you get on the gas or put it in neutral. got the belt from a dealer and got the clutch kit from epi. the previous owner had 26x10x12 on the from and 26x12x12 on the back. I put a fresh new set of 25x8x12 on the front and 25x10x12 on the back and according to the local dealer here in caldwell that is what it is supposed to have on it. still have belt squeal but it quits once you get on the gas. it squeals if you are in gear but holding the brake too. is that squeal normal or should I be doing something or replacing something else

What about at idle speed? Belt needs to be loose, no tension at idle. Kawasaki used to have a belt deflection measurement you might want to check that.

belt is loose at idle. once it is in gear it squeals but the once you take off the squeal stops. I guess I'm gonna try to pull up a video about deflection cause I'm apparently not catching something .thanks for your help

ok so put original belt on and still has minor squeal in gear just before throttling up. have new belt still squeals. with these two belts has minor squeal while in gear with brake on. before throttling up. I was given a aftermarket belt when purchased which is wider but doesnt squeal at all.. but is hard shifting and this belt is also tight, no matter if in gear or not so that doesnt work at all. so we put the original belt on and has minor squeal but only in gear just before throttling.. have replaced clutch springs on both primary and secondary. have replaced sheaves on primary. ???? guess at this point will have to live with it as it is minor now or take it to a dealer to figure out situation ... oh and measure belt deflection and is about 7/8 to an inch in neutral. dealer says that is the range it's supposed to be at... ???
