Default 2005 Kawasaki Brute Force 750 passengers

Just bought a 2005 Kawasaki Brute Force KVF750, is this a legal passenger carrier as we live in Arizona and it legal to ride on the road here, but some quads r not legal for passengers... i don't Think that people know the difference out here in the sticks but I would like to know, also do they make the camo seat skins for these yet>?

Default 2005 Kawasaki Brute Force 750 passengers

If it is a single passenger only, it'll say "no passengers" on the rear of the seat. Besides, I don't think Kawi makes an ATV that allows an extra passenger
