i have just broke my 01' mojave's rear fender beyond repair. my question is, where can i either get the stock plastic in green, or can i get another good looking fender in blue or black not maier b/c i heard that there colors are faded and the quality is cheap. any help will be appreciated.

 

You can buy green plastic from the kawi dealer and its cheaper than Maier. If you want blue, buy stock plastic for a 2001 lakota sport from the dealer. Same as mojave but is a royal blue. I plan to put lakota blue plastic on one of my Mojaves with a white hood and race cut the fenders.

 

How much about would a set of stock fenders and a hood cost?

 

i hear full bore makes decent replacement plastics in a bunch of different colors you might want to try to them

 

about 200 bucks at a discount price dealer. Try midwest action cycles. They discount kawi parts. They have ads in all the mags. Have never had a problem with them.

 

does this "full bore" place have a web site?

 

I bought rear fenders for my 2000 from the Kawi shop and they were $95. The real kick in the a$$ is the decals,(for the front of coarse) I'm sure they are NOT cheap. Why do you want blue? With a green frame? On a 2001!!! You should change your name to "confusedaddict" for one you would be able to spell addict the correct way and then we would know who the real MojaveAddict is.
