If you go that big you need to replace the cylinder liner sleeve. The cylinder must be bored and the new sleeve pressed in and then the sleeve is bored to fit the new piston. Check with Powroll or FST.

Powroll bailed out on us Mojave freaks. They quit making just about everything for the Mojave. Call FST if you can.

40 over is about the limit. Wiesco makes a 20 and a 40. I have heard of some rare problems on 40 motors due to the thin liner. I run Wiesco 20 over in one of my mojaves and a standard bore wiesco in the other. You wont notice any difference in the three sizes but the little increase in compression from any of the wiesco sizes is slightly noticable.

Lurch, has powroll stopped making the big bore kits and the stroker cranks for mojaves? They still show the stroker on their web site but not the big bores.

Thats what I thought, you still can't answer what I asked before. Let me repeat my question. Why can't you find High Performance Parts for Mojaves? I'll give you my answer if you want it.

O I can find performance parts for the Mojave. You just got to know where to look, they are everywhere. But the best performance part for your 400 would probaly be a trash compactor, because that's where it belongs. That's what I thought now answer my question. Wait you can't.
