has anybody ever welded a shock where it bolts onto the a arm on a lakota i am leakin oil all over the place and if anybody know how much a new one

I have a lakota and I have never done that have you ever bottomed your shocks out If so how big was the jump. Because i have been jumping mine alot and never bottom them out yet or at least i don't think i have do you have any mods on your lakota.

 

i dont think i ever bottomed out because i always land on my back wheels when jumping all i was doing was a short trail ride and when i got home there was oil splashed up on my mud flaps the round part of the shock bend off where its welded to the shock tube has anybody elese noticed kawasaki welds arent good i was also wonderin if i weld the shock should i fill it up with some fork oil before i weld it i really need some help here because i would like to go ridin and i cant

 

and for how high i am jumping maby 5-6 feet high 12 feet long and the jump is about 2.5 feet high but i dont have a good run at it

how much are works shocks with rezzys compared to the stock one in price

 

Here's an example of stock shock prices. I called ot get a price on a set of STOCK Tecate-4 shocks for a buddy and OMG!....over $700 for fronts only!!!

Works with rezzies are aound $400 and work a TON better than stock! Hope that helped!
