Mojave Lighting

I wanted to know what would work best for a light on my mojave. I was thinking about putting a battery somewhere and then ordering these lights i liked in dennis kirk? tell me whatyou think.

if you put a battery. Moose make nice lights, cheap and bright for i think 34.99 in dennis kirk. i have them and there great. But waterproof them somehow.

if i were to put a battery would it go dead quickly or can i just connect the lights directly to a 12v battery from denis kirk for a lakota or somethin. The lightsi want are made by chris something... i cant remember the name but know the first part is chris

#1 you would need to have a place for the battery. #2 If it is a battery for the lakota it wont go dead, because you will be using it only for lights. The battery is made for headlights, tail, starter, etc. email me if you need more help one of my friends did something like this.

I think that you have to upgrade your stator also-it won't keep the light lit, so I don't think that it would be able to keep your battery charged. Using a battery for a light while not charging it will kill it quickly. Do you not have a light already on your quad?
