Installed Hitch on Prairie 650
#1
I put the hitch on my Prairie 650 last night. It cost me $25 and went on pretty easy. I used an air ratchet to take the screws out and then snug them back up because there is a bunch of them. I don't know why they didn’t put it on at the factory I had to remove two spacers that are where the rear skid plate attaches. I guess what I'm saying is the spacers were put there because the hitch was not on yet, just like they (Kawasaki) always knew it would or should be. This is still by far the best and most fun quad I’ve ever owned and I would not let this deter me from buying another one just like it.
Not a big deal I guess it gave myself and my son something to tinker with and we both love to tinker.

I ordered it from my dealer about six weeks ago, I imagine any dealer can get you one. I don't think they are on backorder anymore so any larger Kawasaki dealer will probably have them in stock now.

I ordered my hitch from a dealer in Dallas. They had 10 when I last talked to them at knhkaw@yahoo.com. It took me about 40min to install.
