Prairie 650 overheating problems
#1
Last weekend we went to a 100 mile ride and after 75 miles the 3 Prairies that were on the trip started overheating. In the ride we had 13 other people with different types of ATVs and none of them had problems.
Has anyone experience this problem...?
We stop twice to wash the radiators but the problem persisted, we have them at the dealer but they have no clue of what could have cause the problem, water and oil levels are fine.

Drove for 60 miles (95F.) at 300ft. above sea level, partly slow technical driving and some high speed bush roads, with an hour play time in a gravel pit for hill climbing. Very dusty conditions, did not experienced any overheating......MJSTX

Hmmmmm! Something sounds fishy here. BTW I see you have a 500 wolverine, how does it run? I mean compared to the others you own.

I was curious on your 500 wolverine, did you get the kit from Four Stroke Tech? and what size carb are you running and if its the stock size what size main and pilot jets are running? I have a one from 4 stroke tech and can't seem to get it to run right, any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
