SUPERWINCH WINCH MOUNT ON 650? NEED HELP! VERY VERY DESPERATE! ANYBODY OUT THERE WITH THE SLIGHTEST CLUE OR EXPERIENCE ON MOUNTING SUPERWINCH ON THE BIKE. I'VE TRIED THE MOUNTING PLATE THEY HAVE FOR THE WARN BUT NO LUCK! I'VE TRIED FABRICATING A MOUNT...CAME OUT VERY CRUDE AND NOT GOOD FOR THE WINCH. ANYBODY WITH SOME BLUPRINTS OR NEWS, INFO...SOMETHING! PLEASE SOMEONE HELP! THANK YOU!

I don't see why you couldn't use the warn mounting plate and drill two new holes for it so the superwinch fits. The first warn mouning plate I got was bent wrong from the factory. Maybe your plate is bent wrong too.

From what the dealer told me, the warn and superwinch have two different mounts and are totally different. I think...that the warn mounts inside the grille nice and tucked away and the superwinch mounts to the outside, outside of the grill. But I could be wrong. I know that is what the dealer told me though...FWIW

Kawasaki Canada has one winch mount bracket for the 650 that has the hole mounting patterns for the Warn or Superwinch. I have the Warn2000 installed however I have spoken to others who also mounted the Superwinch with no modifications required.
